Are you satisfied with Richmond’s streets and sidewalks? What improvements need to be made? Are you happy with Slurry or liquid paving on your street? Should Richmond City Council create a Citizen involved, Streets and Sidewalks Commission, to determine which projects are funded, and exactly the type of paving material or Slurry is used? At present, why is this left to a staff person who is not accountable or accessible to citizens?

We’re in the 4th district off of Forest Hill. It seems Ms Abubaker is on the ball so that’s encouraging. We have no curbs ir gutters, but that may change. Our question is why is it when a tree falls near the street in Windsor Farms the city cleans it completely, but in our area they cut the log at the edge of the road, not even cleaning the mess in the right of way.
Why is this mess allowed?
